What's up dog?
My 6 year old neo mastiff girl Cookie had to be put down due to having an infected uterus which antibiotics unfortunately werent going to fix. This was by far the saddest thing Ive had to do as a dog owner of 7 dogs including puppies. I was looking for another pup to replace the void of not having my girl. Who was big part of our big family and the most vocal goofy amazing guard dog. Scrolling through trademe Ive come across little bundle of joy Bear who was the last puppy left in the litter. For someone thats never been fond of smaller breeds i felt instant connection and love for this little boy. Ive messaged the owner and was in my car within an hour to drive over to pick him up. Hes been by my side everyday since. I own a strip club in Palmerston North and have been taking him to work with me every weekend. All the girls fell in love with him just like I did. Working in the sex industry sometimes takes its toll and bear has been helping my team of girls overcome anxiety having to deal with customers and personal problems. Our regular customers have been coming in and playing with him every weekend and whenever hes upstairs they have been asking for me to bring him down for cuddles. Whenever I go out I carry him around in his little doggy purse and its amazing how many elderly people stop us so they can have cuddles. Bear has been the most effective mood enchantment for the past 6 months in and outside of work.
